Tiffany - Patient Relations Coordinator
Tiffany is the Patient Relations Coordinator at Better Dentistry. She completed her Dental Assistant course at Sandhill Dental Career Center in Aberdeen, NC and has worked as a client coordinator for 5 and a half years.
She had worked for Dr. Silvoy for almost a year before transitioning with him to the new location. Always having had a passion for front office, she transitioned with Dr. Silvoy to set up the front office and scheduling for the wonderful patients at Better Dentistry. She loves being a part of Dr. Silvoy’s dedicated team. Tiffany likes that Dr. Silvoy really cares about his patients and giving them the best dental experience possible, and he has even gotten some amazing new equipment to make that happen.
Originally from Fayetteville, NC, Tiffany now lives in Dunn, NC. She is a dedicated wife and mother to her daughter Bailey. Outside of the office, Tiffany likes to go to the beach and the lake, and spend time with her family at her mom’s house. She also loves all things Disney!
Robin - Patient Relations Coordinator
Robin is a Patient Relations Coordinator at Better Dentistry. She has her Business Associates from Vance Granville Community College and has worked in the dental office with front office admin, patient relations coordinator, and financial arrangements for about 8 years. Better Dentistry allows Robin to provide good patient care.
She has spent most of her dental career working with Dr. Silvoy, and loves working for him because he has a great personality and believes in giving his patients the best care they can get.
Robin is originally from Creedmoor, NC. SHe has a wonderful finace who is her best friend, and has a son she has adopted as her own. She and her family love going to the beach, going hiking, and absolutely loves the thrill of amusement parks and roller coasters. As a lover of all music, she attends music shows and festivals whenever possible.
Sam - Registered Dental Hygienist
Samantha, better known as Sam, is a longtime native of Eastern N.C. where her father served over 25 years in the United States Marine Corps. She moved to Florida for four years and attended Indian River State College.
Later realizing that home is where the heart is, she returned back to North Carolina in 2000. Since then, she worked as a Dental Assistant II with expanded functions and as an Emergency Medical Technician. She then received her Associates Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2006 at Wake Technical Community College. She loves being a Dental Hygienist and enjoys being a part of a hardworking team that focuses on calming patients fears (especially children’s), increasing patients confidence, while educating them on lifetime preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health.
“My patients are my priority, I love each and every one of them and I want more than anything to make them happy. I want them leaving our office smiling.” When Sam isn’t being a workaholic, she enjoys family time with her husband Danny and their two children, Elaina and Nathan.
If she isn’t working or with family, she enjoys doing Zumba and also enjoys volunteering at various churches during free dental clinics in the Wake Forest area.
(Sam is also great with kids!!!)
